I. Eligibility

The BRDY Golf Season-Long Predictions Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (21 in some jurisdictions) at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

II. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on April 13, 2026, and concludes at the end of the final sanctioned tournament of the 2026 season on [Insert Date] (the "Sweepstakes Period").

III. How to Enter & Earn Points

There are two ways to participate and accrue points toward the Grand Prize:

• App Entry (The Prediction Engine): Log into the BRDY Golf App prior to the start of each sanctioned tournament. Select one (1) player you predict will win or place. Points are awarded based on that player's final official tournament standing.
• Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To earn points without using the App, hand-print your name, address, email, and your predicted player for the upcoming tournament on a 3x5 card and mail it to: BRDY Golf, [Your Business Address]. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the Tuesday before a tournament begins to be eligible for that week's points.

IV. Points Accrual Table

Points are earned based on your predicted player's performance. Points are doubled for "Majors" as defined in the App schedule.

V. Winner Selection & Tie-Breaking

The Grand Prize winner will be the participant with the highest cumulative point total at the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Skill vs. Chance: While points are earned through prediction skill, if a tie occurs for the top spot, the winner will be selected via a random drawing from among all tied participants to comply with sweepstakes law.

This Sweepstakes is for entertainment purposes only. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. BRDY Golf reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of using automated "bots" or multiple accounts to manipulate the points system.
