1. Respect the Gallery (Harassment & Hate Speech)

Golf is a game of integrity. We have zero tolerance for:

• Harassment: Targeted bullying, stalking, or repetitive unwanted messaging.
• Hate Speech: Attacking individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
• Personal Attacks: Keep the debate on the players' stats or the gear, not on other users.

2. Keep it Clean (Inappropriate Content)

BRDY Golf is a platform for all fans.

• Nudity & Sexually Explicit Content: Do not post suggestive or explicit imagery or language.
• Violence: Content that promotes or depicts graphic violence, self-harm, or illegal acts is strictly prohibited.
• Profanity: While we appreciate passion, excessive or abusive profanity in public comments or usernames may be removed.

3. Protect the Brand (Intellectual Property & Spam)

• Spam: Do not use BRDY Golf to sell products, post repetitive links, or scam other users.
• Impersonation: Don't pretend to be a pro golfer, a brand representative, or another user.
• IP Respect: Only post photos and content you have the right to share. (Note: Using the built-in "WITB" tools to reference gear brands is encouraged!).

4. Integrity in the Game (Predictions & Fair Play)

• No Manipulation: Any attempt to "game" our prediction systems, use bots, or create multiple accounts to influence sweepstakes is a violation of these standards.
• Gambling: Do not use our community features to facilitate private betting or illegal gambling.

5. Enforcement: The Three-Strike Rule

We believe in second chances, but we protect the community first.

• Strike 1 (Warning): We'll remove the offending content and send you a warning.
• Strike 2 (Suspension): Your ability to post, comment, or participate in sweepstakes will be suspended for 7–30 days.
• Strike 3 (Permanent Ban): Your account will be permanently deactivated.

Note: Severe violations—such as credible threats of violence or illegal activity—will result in an immediate permanent ban without prior strikes.
