• Notifications: If you enable push alerts, we store a device push token, device type, and optional device name to deliver notifications; we also keep an in-app notification history (titles and messages about players and tournaments you follow).
• Inferred Data: Based on your interaction with specific players or equipment, we may infer preferences to personalize your feed.
• Device & Technical Data: IP address, unique device identifiers, and precise geolocation (only with your explicit opt-in for localized tournament features).

3. How We Use Your Information

• Service Delivery: Managing your account, live tournament leaderboards, and optional push or in-app alerts about players and tours you follow.
• Personalization: Using "Human-in-the-loop" AI to suggest content and gear relevant to your playing style.
• Sweepstakes Management: Verifying eligibility and contacting winners for the BRDY Golf Predictions Sweepstakes.
• Product Analytics: Aggregated counts of follows, notification preferences, and delivery volumes to improve the service and report to partners and investors (not sold as personal profiles).
• Compliance: To meet evolving state and federal data protection standards.

4. 2026 Transparency & Disclosures

• No Sale of Data: We do not "sell" your personal information for money. However, we may "share" aggregated or de-identified engagement metrics (such as how many users follow a tour or receive alerts) with partners and investors. We may also share data with partners (like equipment brands) to provide personalized offers. You can opt out of targeted sharing via Settings → Privacy & data or the in-app privacy controls.
• Push Notifications: Delivered through Apple, Google, and Expo push services when you grant permission. You can turn off alerts in device settings or adjust tours, players, and event types in Settings → Notifications.
• Automated Decision-Making: We use algorithms to determine sweepstakes winners based on prediction accuracy. You have the right to request a manual review of any automated scoring that impacts your eligibility for prizes.
• Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor GPC signals. If your browser or device has GPC enabled, we automatically treat it as a request to opt-out of "sharing" for targeted advertising.

We retain your data only as long as necessary. Sweepstakes entry data is held for 7 years to comply with tax and legal audit requirements. Notification history and push tokens are removed when you delete your data, delete your account, or unregister a device. Inactive accounts are flagged for deletion after 24 months of total inactivity.

7. Children's Privacy

BRDY Golf is strictly for users 18 and older. We use third-party age-verification signals. If we discover a user is under 18, the account and all associated data will be deleted immediately.
